The Chateaus, some of the most popular units of the Frias Properties, are within one block of the Gondola in downtown Aspen. Guests have access to grills and a courtyard. The Chateaus offer free Aspen airport transportation and temporary memberships at The Aspen Club and Spa. Each two-bedroom unit is nicely furnished, comfortable, and conveniently located. That's why guests keep coming back year after year. All of the chateaus have cable TV, CD player, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffeemaker.
Some units are air-conditioned and most units have a washer and dryer. All units have a balcony or patio. The Chateaus offers free local, long distance
